Welcome to Knight's Coin Quest, a classic 2D retro platformer built with love in Godot! Take control of a brave knight on a mission to traverse dangerous terrain, stomp pesky slimes, and retrieve lost treasure.

• 🛡️ Classic Action: Smooth platforming controls with running, jumping, and momentum-based movement.
• 💥 Slime Stomping Mechanics: Bounce on top of slimes to defeat them with a satisfying hit-freeze effect! But watch out—touching them from the side is fatal.
• 🪙 The Ultimate Challenge: 29 shiny coins scattered across the map. Collect them all to beat your high score!
• 💨 Visual Juice: Particle effects, smooth camera work, and custom sound effects for a responsive arcade feel.
